Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Willingness to attend site visits and perform outdoor field work.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers in preparing grading, drainage, utility, and erosion-control plans.
• Perform preliminary stormwater and utility calculations for site layout and infrastructure design.
• Prepare and revise construction plan sets, details, and specifications using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Assist with permitting submittals to local jurisdictions, including responses to site plan review comments.
• Coordinate with surveyors, landscape architects, and planners to integrate site design with development plans.
• Travel to project sites to observe conditions and support construction administration activities.
