Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Site Digital & Automation Team Lead to oversee cybersecurity, data strategy, and infrastructure across the manufacturing environment. You will lead data integration, validation, and compliant operation, partnering with Cyber Security & Network groups to sustain inspection-ready systems.

The role requires a strong background in digital and automation within regulated manufacturing and experience guiding cross-functional teams through incidents and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or related technical field.
• Experience in Digital, Automation, IT systems, or related technical environments in regulated manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMP, change management, and lifecycle governance.

Responsibilities

• Governance, cybersecurity controls, and regulatory alignment across Digital and Automation.
• Oversee site-level cybersecurity, network activities, and adherence to architecture standards.
• Manage day-to-day infrastructure operations, asset inventory, and lifecycle changes.
