Pfizer seeks an experienced Site Digital and Automation Leader to drive data strategy, governance, and analytics enablement across site Digital & Automation environments. You will ensure compliant data capture, context it to the enterprise model, and enable AI and analytics use cases while maintaining validation readiness.

You will lead cross-functional execution, lifecycle management of data platforms, and data enablement roadmaps in collaboration with Global Digital & Engineering teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development and execution of the site end-to-end data strategy.
• Drive data standards to ensure data integrity, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee data governance, validation, cybersecurity, and SOP-aligned processes.
• Manage data integration, historians, core system integrations, and local applications.
• Lead incident, deviation, and recovery activities to maintain data integrity and validated state.
• Collaborate with site teams and Global Digital & Engineering to align data capabilities.
