Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a DIS Team Lead in Kalamazoo to drive data strategy, governance, and system integration across site Digital & Automation platforms. You will lead data architecture, contextualization, and validation under GxP controls and collaborate with PI teams on analytics, AI use cases, and continuous improvement.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory understanding, and ability to deliver data-enabled solutions in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field with relevant work experience.
Experience leading technical teams in a regulated manufacturing environment (pharma or similar).
Experience with data systems, historians, and IT/OT integrations and governance.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of site data strategy and standards.
Oversee system integrations and data flow across layers.
Partner with analytics and AI teams to enable data-driven use cases.
