Pfizer seeks a DIS Team Lead to own site data strategy, standards, and governance. You will lead integrations, data platforms, and AI enablement across the site, partnering with cross-functional groups to advance data maturity while ensuring GMP compliance and readiness for inspections.

Responsible for life-cycle management of data platforms, historians, and local applications, and for leading a team in a federated model aligned to global standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of experience in Digital, Automation, IT systems, or related technical environments.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (pharma or similar preferred).
• Experience leading and developing technical teams within a matrix structure.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and execution of the site end-to-end data strategy in alignment with network direction.
• Oversee core system integrations and secure, compliant data flow across layers.
• Partner with site teams to identify data-driven use cases and enable AI/analytics initiatives.
• Lead incident, deviation, and recovery activities to maintain data integrity and validated state.
