Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of computerized systems, regulatory compliance, and standards.
• Experience with programming industrial control systems (DCS, PLCs, SCADA, Historians, SQL Server).
• Proven ability to manage projects to timelines and budgets.
• Experience troubleshooting to root cause and implementing corrective actions.
• Experience writing software test plans, user requirements, and system design documents.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to project completion, manage own time, develop plans for projects and lead small teams.
• Monitor and complete periodic reviews and validation master plan for automation program.
• Demonstrate planning, organization, and time management skills.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment and facilities operate safely and reliably.
• Develop standard operating procedures and provide system support.
• Analyze operational process problems and propose corrective actions.
• Manage change control documentation and execution.
• Engage site and network teams for cybersecurity alignment.
• Provide 24x7x365 support for automation systems on capital and non-capital projects.
• Modify complex control logic leveraging manufacturing process expertise.
• Mentor junior staff and serve as a technical trainer.
