Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Automation, Mechatronic, Chemical, or CS Engineering.
• At least 4 years in automation engineering within pharmaceutical or GMP environments.
• Experience leading automation teams or programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and people management abilities.
• Proficiency with common office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead automation operations to ensure production continuity and system reliability across the site.
• Own automation lifecycle management ensuring systems remain compliant and validated.
• Lead site-level response to major automation incidents and crises impacting production.
• Manage control systems and automation infrastructure including DCS, PLC, SCADA, and HMI.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of automation practices and data-driven decision making.
• Provide technical and operational guidance across automation activities and manage stakeholder engagement.
