Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Cyber & Infrastructure Technology Lead Engineer to drive secure, compliant Digital and Automation infrastructure in manufacturing. You will lead and own cybersecurity, network, and infrastructure activities, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable plant operations.

The role emphasizes governance, incident response, and lifecycle management, with opportunities to influence global standards and drive improvements across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years of experience or equivalent combinations as listed in the job posting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Excellent people management abilities and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for daily work.
• Experience managing projects within timelines and budgets.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity regulations and standards application across assigned systems.
• Identify, assess, and manage cybersecurity and infrastructure risks.
• Drive implementation and effectiveness of control strategies and tools.
• Own OT & IT infrastructure execution including monitoring, incident handling, and audits.
• Support change management for infrastructure and cybersecurity changes.
• Deliver software and hardware lifecycle management (patching, upgrades, end‑of‑life).
• Direct incident, crisis, and business continuity response within scope.
• Govern Pfizer Network Standards operations and remediation efforts.
