Black & Veatch is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a Harriman, TN project. You will mobilize to the site, lead the on-site team, and drive the successful construction and start-up of the project in collaboration with craft labor, subcontractors, and the owner.

This role emphasizes leadership, safety, quality, and cost/schedule control, with preference for union management experience and strong site management background to ensure project success through monitoring and execution of CPPM and

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience on similar projects in construction management role with a Bachelor's degree.
• 8+ years experience with 3 years at superintendent level or above on large projects, or in construction management role on smaller projects without a Bachelor's degree.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (background check, drug screen, motor vehicle records search).

Responsabilités

• Directs overall construction and startup activities on site.
• Leads site management team and coordinates with Owner, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensures safety, quality, and compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Manages project controls, budget, schedule, and change orders.
• Develops site procedures and mobilizes resources for project execution.
