Black & Veatch Construction, Inc. (BVCI) seeks a seasoned Construction Manager for a Harriman, TN project.

The role mobilizes to the site for the project duration and requires strong on-site leadership to coordinate subcontractors, schedule, safety, and quality. Preferred candidates have extensive construction management experience, especially in conventional powered projects, and can lead field teams, manage budgets, and liaise with the Project Field Manager and client.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 14+ years construction supervisory experience required, with at least 3 years in a construction manager role.
• OSHA Training certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate on-site activities to meet CPM schedule and subcontract requirements.
• Supervise and mentor superintendents; lead weekly coordination and subcontractor meetings.
• Manage safety, quality, cost and schedule decisions with the Project Field Manager.
• Direct subcontractor budget and overtime controls; review equipment rentals.
• Support client interface and relations; ensure closeout and punch list completion.
• Ensure adherence to safety programs and construction best practices.
