Black & Veatch Construction, Inc. (BVCI) is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for the Kingston project in Harriman, TN. The role mobilizes to the site for the project duration, with union/management experience strongly preferred and site management experience highly valued.

You will lead the on-site team, drive planning and execution, coordinate with owners, subcontractors, and suppliers, and ensure adherence to CPPM, safety targets, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience on similar projects in a construction management role; bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of experience with 3 years at superintendent level or above on large projects, or in construction management on smaller projects without a degree.

Responsabilités

• Update and maintain the Construction Execution Plan and budgets.
• Direct overall construction effort including coordination of erection activities, suppliers, labor, subcontractors, startup and testing.
• Lead the site management team and ensure safety, quality, and compliance with project procedures.
