• Develop field staff and interns; assist with performance reviews.
• Create schedules and recovery strategies to meet milestones.
• Communicate with owners, architects, engineers on field issues.
• Manage billing, estimates, payrolls and subcontractor payments.
• Ensure work aligns with contract documents and drawings.
