Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of four years' related construction experience.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings and specifications.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills to direct field teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, delivery, logistics, quality control and staffing decisions.
• Coordinate trades and resolve area issues for project operations.
• Manage the site safety program and subcontractor compliance with Turner standards.
• Supervise and develop Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and Interns.
• Create schedules and sequencing; implement recovery to maintain schedule.
• Communicate with owners/architects about field issues and resolutions.
• Manage the billing process and monthly estimates related to WIP and invoices.
• Ensure work conforms to contract documents.
