Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is seeking a seasoned on-site Construction Coordinator to join the Phoenix project in Arizona. You will coordinate field operations, manage schedules, supervise subcontractors, and ensure work aligns with drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities include daily reports, QA/QC, managing design revisions, and preparing progress reports. Travel is 100% and pay ranges from $68,370 to $112,840 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with extensive field operations experience.
• Associates degree plus related construction operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field with experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with the site construction lead, including scheduling and daily reporting.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and conformance with drawings and specs.
• Maintain project schedule and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports as official project records.
• Take progress photos, label them, and assist with Monthly Progress Reports.
• Ensure latest design drawing revisions are used for construction.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments with the Project Manager.
• Maintain on-site records per document control standards and quality procedures.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of construction or field operations experience

Associate degree plus six (6) years of construction or field operations experience

Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience The associate or bachelor’s degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline
