Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, seeks a skilled site coordinator for a Phoenix project. You will work with the site construction lead to manage field operations, scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, and subcontractor coordination.

Role requires extensive on-site construction experience, ability to interpret drawings, maintain records, and prepare progress and inspection reports. Travel is up to 100% and pay ranges from $68,370 to $112,840 per year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of construction or field operations experience.
• Associate degree plus six (6) years of construction or field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience. The associate or bachelor’s degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with the site construction lead, including scheduling, daily reporting, quality control, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction activities to ensure work is safe, aligns with drawings and specifications, and meets quality standards.
• Maintain project schedule, escalate delays, prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports.
• Assure latest design drawing revisions are used for construction and assist Project Construction Manager as needed.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments with the Project Manager and provide professional client correspondence.
