Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of construction or field operations experience.
• Associate degree plus six (6) years of construction or field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience. The associate or bachelor’s degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field operations with the site construction lead, including scheduling, daily reports, QA/QC, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors and construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and alignment with drawings.
• Ensure adherence to the project schedule and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily and Quality Inspection Reports for review and official records.
• Take progress photos and properly label each photograph.
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports.
• Ensure contractors use the latest design drawing revision for construction.
• May provide assistance to the Project Construction Manager.
• May be responsible for key trade and/or subcontractor in support of the project.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments for client approval with the Project Manager.
• Maintain clear, concise, and professional project correspondence with management and clients.
• Maintain on-site records per The Perry Group’s document control standards and quality instructions.

Education

Bachelor’s degree (Construction Management, Engineering, or related)

Associate degree with 6 years experience in construction/field operations

High school diploma with 9 years experience
