Job summary

Qualified candidates have extensive construction or field operations experience and degrees in Construction Management or related fields. The role requires travel and a strong focus on project excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires 9+ years of construction or field operations experience.
• Associate degree plus 6 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (Construction Management or related) with 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field operations with the site construction lead.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety and quality, aligned with drawings and specs.
• Ensure work adheres to the project schedule and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports as official project records.
• Take progress photographs and label each image for records.
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports for the Project Construction Manager.
• Ensure contractors use the latest design drawing revisions.
• Prepare contract extras and progress payments with the Project Manager.
• Maintain on-site records per The Perry Group’s document control standards.
