Job summary

The Perry Group, Ltd., a CDM Smith company, is executing a project at a site in Phoenix, Arizona. The selected candidate will coordinate overall field operations, manage scheduling, ensure quality control, and supervise subcontractors to align with project drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities include preparing daily and quality inspection reports, taking progress photos, and maintaining up-to-date drawings and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus nine (9) years of construction or field operations experience.
• Associate degree plus six (6) years of construction or field operations experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus three (3) years of relevant experience. The associate or bachelor’s degree must be in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate overall field operations with the site construction lead, including scheduling, daily reports, quality control, and subcontractor communication.
• Oversee subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and conformance with drawings and specifications.
• Maintain project schedule adherence and escalate delays to the Project Construction Manager.
• Prepare Daily Reports and Quality Inspection Reports for official records.
• Take progress photographs and label them with proper identification.
• Assist with Monthly Progress Reports as needed by the Project Construction Manager.
• Ensure contractors use the latest design drawing revisions for construction.
• Provide support to the Project Construction Manager as required.
