Job summary

HDR is seeking a Site Civil Engineer to contribute to civil scope of work and budgets for proposals, serve as Engineer of Record on non‑complex projects, and coordinate due diligence with internal and external resources.

You will design site layouts, grading and drainage, coordinate with jurisdictional authorities, mentor junior staff, and manage multiple tasks in HDR's employee‑owned culture. A Bachelor's degree and a PE license with 6+ years of civil engineering experience are required.

Qualifications

• Professional licensure (PE) or ability to obtain licensure.
