Job summary

Langan Engineering & Environmental Services invites an Intern/Co-op – Site/Civil Engineering to join our Denver team. You will support feasibility studies, field work, and documentation for land development projects, collaborating with senior leaders to gain hands-on experience.

The role offers exposure to design plans, reports, and calculations using AutoCAD/Civil 3D. Students in their Jr. or Sr. year or pursuing an MS degree are preferred. Flexible schedules and mentorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a four-year or advanced degree in Civil Engineering.
• GPA 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD or Civil 3D preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning, design and permitting of civil/infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and modify reports, specifications, plans, schedules and cost estimates.
• Assess soil, hydrology, topography data for planning and design.
• Support zoning, permit assessments and feasibility studies.
• Provide field inspection support as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and apply engineering/math knowledge.
• Perform other duties as requested.
