Job summary

Langan International, LLC in Philadelphia, PA seeks an Intern/Co-op – Site/Civil Engineering to support feasibility studies, field work, and design tasks on land development projects. You will work closely with industry leaders to gain hands-on experience and grow professionally.

The role offers exposure toAutoCAD/Civil 3D, design plans, and reports, with opportunities for mentorship and training. Preference to juniors/seniors or MS degree pursuit.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a four-year or advanced degree in Civil Engineering with GPA 3.0+ preferred.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD or Civil 3D and MS Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning, design, and permitting of civil/land development projects.
• Prepare and modify engineering documents (reports, specs, plans, schedules).
• Use reports, maps, drawings, and photos to support planning and design decisions.
• Support zoning, permit assessments, and feasibility analyses.
• Provide field inspection support as needed.
• Collaborate with team members on project tasks.
• Perform additional duties as requested.
