Job summary

Langan International, LLC in Bellevue, WA is seeking an Intern/Co-op – Site/Civil Engineering to support site feasibility studies, field work, and design documentation. You will work closely with leaders on land development projects and gain hands-on experience across planning, reports, and calculations.

The role offers exposure to AutoCAD/Civil 3D, field observations, and collaboration in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. Travel may be required and ongoing training is provided.

Qualifications

• Student actively pursuing a four year or advanced degree in Civil Engineering; GPA of 3.0+ preferred.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or Civil 3D and MS Office desired.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment; attention to detail.
• Travel may be required based on business needs and project assignments.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, design and permitting of civil engineering and infrastructure projects.
• Prepare and modify engineering documents including reports, specs, plans, schedules and cost estimates.
• Analyze soil, terrain, hydrology and geologic data for project feasibility.
• Support zoning, permit assessments and sidewalk estimations; contribute data analysis.
• Provide field inspection support as needed.
• Apply engineering principles and advanced math to project tasks.
• Collaborate with team members and management on assignments.
• Perform other duties as requested.
