Cortica is looking for a full-time Site Care Coordinator to join our growing multi-disciplinary team in San Diego. You will optimize scheduling for clients and providers on-site, coordinating across clinical, operational, and shared services to ensure seamless care and timely communication with families.

Formación

• 4+ years scheduling experience in ABA services or related field.
• 2+ years in a client services related role.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Guide patients through care pathways, monitor progress and address delays and barriers.
• Serve as the point of contact for families and streamline communication.
• Keep families informed about wait times for services.
• Create scheduling plans to maximize provider capacity while meeting client needs.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to integrate scheduling strategies into care plans.
• Provide scheduling support for contracts and for Value-Based Care (VBC) clients.
• Handle cancellations and provider call-outs by arranging alternate coverage or rescheduling.
• Manage PTO requests to avoid disruption of service delivery.
• Maintain waitlists and place clients into available slots promptly.
