Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch company, is seeking a Construction Manager to lead end-to-end field execution on utility-scale solar and energy storage projects in Texas. You will build Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical teams and ensure safety, quality, schedule and budget compliance while aligning with subcontractors and regulators.

You must have experience leading large industrial or renewable-energy builds, with strong leadership, risk management, and a focus on safe, efficient on-site delivery; travel

Qualifications

• Construction management experience on large-scale industrial or renewable energy projects.
• Experience leading superintendents and managing subcontractors.
• Experience managing change orders, risk assessments, and invoice reviews.
• Ability to travel to project sites with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-scope field execution across civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines on utility-scale solar and energy storage projects.
• Collaborate with onsite safety, quality, and logistics teams and remote partners to meet safety, schedule, and cost targets.
• Build and retain high-performing Superintendent teams through clear expectations and accountability.
• Own project performance including safety, schedule, cost, and environmental compliance.
• Conduct weekly site risk assessments and maintain the Risk & Opportunity log.
• Lead environmental compliance including SWPPP, permits, erosion control.
• Drive subcontractor performance, ensuring scope clarity and safety standards.
• Review Change Orders and approve invoices against completed work and budget.
• Anticipate constructability/logistics challenges to avoid schedule impacts.
• Maintain owner confidence via transparent communication and reliable execution.
