Job summary

Sitemetric LLC seeks an Access Control Officer for daytime, part-time work on customer construction sites in the Mesa, AZ area. You will be part of the on-the-ground team ensuring smooth operations, worker registration and badging, parking, visitors, and deliveries, with a focus on safety and customer experience.

The role requires a valid state Guard Card, flexibility, and the ability to work with leadership across sites. Travel within the U.S.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure.
• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor and manage access control compliance on site.
• Badging Compliance: ensure personnel have badges and are scanned for identity verification.
• Parking Management: provide passes and monitor pass compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries with written records.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control tasks and troubleshooting.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support customers with access control needs as required.
