Sitemetric LLC in Hobart, IN is seeking an Access Control Officer for full-time morning shifts. You will manage worker registration and badges, ensure credentials at the site, and oversee parking, visitors, and deliveries to support safe, efficient operations.

The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, with on-site work at multiple job sites and potential travel. Shift-based hours and customer-focused service are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environments
• Ability to follow SOPs in English
• Proficient spoken and written English

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: Proactively monitor and manage access control compliance for everyone who enters and leaves the site.
• Badging Compliance: Ensure that all personnel entering the site have their badges and are properly scanned to verify identity and headcount.
• Parking Management: Provide parking passes and monitor pass compliance across designated areas.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: Document all visitors and deliveries and create written records for the customer.
• Customer & Worker Support: Provide support in all areas of access control including troubleshooting, logs, and parking management.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: Assist with ad-hoc access control tasks as needed
