Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer to join our on-site team at construction sites in the Jeffersonville area. This full-time afternoon shift role focuses on worker registration, badging, parking, visitor management, and frontline support to keep sites secure and efficient.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of high-pressure customer service, strong English communication, detail orientation, and the ability to follow SOPs. A valid license and background check will be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environments.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to solve complex challenges.
• Proactive approach to taking on more responsibility for customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: Proactively monitor and manage access control compliance for everyone who enters and leaves the site.
• Badging Compliance: Ensure badges are issued and scanned to verify identity and maintain headcount records.
• Parking Management: Provide parking passes and monitor pass compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: Document visitors and deliveries, creating written records for the customer.
• Customer & Worker Support: Provide access control support, troubleshooting, logs, and parking management.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: Assist with additional access control tasks as needed.
