Job summary

MSD Wayne Township seeks an Technology Application Specialist for SIS Data Analyst II to ensure data integrity across district systems and to support Indiana DOE reporting. You will correct data in the SIS, train district staff, and serve as a primary SIS resource for enrollment and records management.

You will collaborate with Technology Services and school personnel to resolve data issues, support NSOE and IDOE Data Exchange, and help ensure timely, accurate data submissions for state

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the accuracy and integrity of SIS data.
• Identify and correct data errors impacting district operations and state reporting.
• Perform data corrections in the SIS to meet IDOE requirements.
• Serve as primary resource for SIS data-entry procedures and standards.
• Support data validation, reconciliation, QA, and troubleshooting across systems.
• Collaborate with district/school staff to resolve data inconsistencies.
• Support IDOE reporting through IDOE LINK and Data Exchange.
• Review Data Exchange validations daily and resolve issues.
• Create and maintain Statewide Testing Numbers (STNs) for new students.
• Process demographic corrections and support NSOE processes.
• Provide SIS support to staff for enrollment and records management.
• Assist with data-related integrations between SIS and district apps.
