Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems seeks a data-driven professional to support the Supplier Information and Process Solutions team by vetting and maintaining a 50k+ supplier master database to enable efficient Procure to Pay workflows.

You will analyze and process requests to add, change, or inactivate suppliers across systems, while upholding confidentiality, regulatory compliance, and internal policies in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills are required.
• Customer service orientation is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.) is needed.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities are critical.

Responsibilities

• Vetting, establishing, and maintaining the supplier master database (50k+ suppliers) in support of the P2P process.
• Analyze, research, and process requests to add, change, or inactivate suppliers per policy.
• Handle high-volume transactional work while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with auditing controls.
• Interact with internal and external customers and adapt to changing responsibilities as needed.

This position is responsible for supporting our client's Supplier Information and Process Solutions (SIPS) team with vetting, establishing and maintaining the 50k+ supplier master database in support of the Procure to Pay (P2P) process.

Responsibilities include analyzing, researching, and processing requests to add, change, or inactivate suppliers systemwide based on established policies and procedures.

This is a fast-paced production, high volume transaction role which requires ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.

This position interacts with both internal and external customers and must adhere to compliance, auditing controls, and regulatory guidelines.

Potential candidate must be a self-starter, work independently, and be flexible to adjust to changes in responsibility to meet the needs of the team.

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years’ related work experience
• Excellent and extensive analytical and organizational skills
• Customer service oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Teams, etc.)
