Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Process Manager, Process Excellence in Lake Forest, IL hybrid role to establish and govern enterprise planning processes across the SIOP ecosystem. You will standardize policies, drive readiness, and ensure decision-ready inputs for executive review.

The role focuses on governance, audit, and continuous improvement across Demand, Inventory, Supply, Capacity, Scheduling, and analytics, partnering with Commercial, Operations, Finance, and IT to drive results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, integrated business planning, S&OP/SIOP, operations, or process excellence.
• Experience designing, governing, auditing, or improving enterprise business processes.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives in complex organizations.
• Experience working within integrated planning environments and enterprise decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and continuously improve enterprise planning standards, policies, and governance frameworks.
• Audit planning processes, outputs, assumptions, and decisions for adherence to enterprise standards.
• Serve as a Process Excellence representative within the SIOP operating model.
• Facilitate alignment across Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Analytics teams.
• Drive governance maturity and continuous improvement across planning domains.
• Partner with Planning, Operations, Commercial, Finance, Analytics, and Technology teams to ensure alignment between process design and execution.
