Job summary

Novolex seeks a Manager – Supply Chain Planning and Scheduling in Lake Forest, IL to lead the design, integration, and delivery of our IBP capabilities. You will bridge business planning, manufacturing, and enterprise tech, driving the future of integrated planning across SAP PP/PP-DS and Kinaxis.

With 5–7+ years in enterprise manufacturing tech, you will translate business needs into scalable tech solutions, partner with multiple teams, and guide a two-person IT team to deliver next-gen

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/Engineering/Supply Chain or related field.
• 5–7+ years of progressive experience in enterprise manufacturing or supply-chain technology.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP Production Planning (PP) and PP/DS; Kinaxis experience.
• Understanding of S&OP and Integrated Business Planning principles; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define IBP architecture and roadmap for Novolex's planning capability.
• Translate planning processes into technology requirements and data needs.
• Lead SAP PP/DS and Kinaxis integration with ERP systems and other platforms.
• Shape data governance, master data, interfaces, and planning parameters.
• Build internal planning technology capability and mentor the team.
