Job summary

Allegion is seeking an experienced SIOP Leader for Carmel, IN to own the monthly SIOP execution across the Access Technologies portfolio. You will lead demand planning, audit forecast accuracy, and drive cross-functional alignment with Product Managers and General Managers.

This role requires strong analytics, ERP/MRP experience, and travel up to 25%. You will orchestrate meetings, support financial reconciliation, and help mature the SIOP process through continuous improvement initiatives,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or equivalent).
• 7–10 years of experience in SIOP/S&OP, supply chain management, sales, or demand planning.
• Experience with ERP & MRP systems.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical skills with complex data sets and dashboards.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly SIOP cycle for the AAT platform, preparing demand files and guiding forecast decisions.
• Analyze demand patterns and external data to create a forecast, aligning signals with centralized manufacturing expectations.
• Align with Product Managers and General Managers on forecast changes for new product launches and lifecycle adjustments.
• Lead monthly demand meetings, manage follow-ups, and escalations.
