Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Manager, Supply & Capacity Analytics to lead analytics and reporting across Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, and IBP. You will partner with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver tools that improve visibility and decision-making.

You will guide UAT, training, documentation, and adoption, while ensuring governance of KPIs and data quality. This hybrid Lake Forest role offers a chance to shape analytics in a global packaging company with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 6+ years in supply chain planning, business analysis, reporting, or analytics.
• Strong understanding of planning processes and IBP/S&OP.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into reporting solutions.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Familiarity with BI/reporting platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the analytics portfolio for supply and capacity planning reports, dashboards and tools.
• Prioritize analytics initiatives based on business value and stakeholder needs.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for analytics teams.
• Lead user acceptance testing, training, documentation, and adoption activities.
• Establish standardized KPI definitions, data governance and reporting rules.
• Drive continuous improvement and data-driven decision making across planning functions.
• Lead cross-functional analytics initiatives across planning, analytics and technology.
