Job summary

Live Comfortably, LLC seeks a Senior Director to lead and optimize the SIOP process across demand, supply, and finance. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, driving cross-functional alignment and measurable improvements in forecast accuracy and inventory performance.

You will champion Logility-based planning, build scalable processes, and report insights to executives, shaping the company’s planning strategy in a dynamic, resource-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
• 10+ years in supply chain, SIOP, demand planning, or operations, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven success refining SIOP/IBP processes or building from the ground up, driving measurable improvements in forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service levels, working capital performance, and cross-functional alignment.
• Expertise in demand forecasting, inventory management, and production planning, with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams across sales, finance, supply chain, and operations to drive alignment and execution.
• Proficiency in data analytics, reporting, SIOP-related software, and data analytics tools for forecasting and scenario planning.
• Strong change management and process improvement experience, with the ability to drive organizational transformation and adoption of new planning methodologies.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with Logility is required. Proven ability to leverage Logility planning tools to improve forecasting, inventory optimization, supply planning, analytics, and executive decision-making. Experience with additional planning platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a scalable, data-driven SIOP framework aligning demand, supply, and financial objectives.
• Lead hands-on execution of SIOP initiatives with cross-functional teams to build, refine, and sustain an effective planning process.
• Bridge sales, merchandising/marketing, finance, operations to forecast and plan, ensuring unified approach.
• Leverage analytics and scenario planning to improve forecast accuracy and inventory; define and monitor KPIs.
• Optimize inventory and production planning to balance supply with demand and reduce costs.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks; drive procurement, manufacturing, logistics and distribution improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices and technologies in planning.
• Present insights and strategic plans to executive leadership; influence decision-making at the highest levels.
• Lead Logility optimization, adoption, forecasting, inventory planning, reporting and analytics.
• Ensure alignment between demand, supply and financial goals.
