Air Distribution Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced S&OP Manager to lead end-to-end planning, aligning demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and financial plans.

You will drive a disciplined monthly planning cycle, translate priorities into executable plans, and partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT to improve service and working capital. You will own the monthly S&OP, develop a rolling plan, and lead cross-functional reviews to resolve gaps, while monitoring performance

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years in manufacturing planning / supply chain roles.
• 3+ years leading S&OP / IBP processes.
• Experience with multi-site manufacturing and make-to-stock/make-to-order environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own and improve the monthly S&OP process and action tracking.
• Develop a rolling, constraint-based operating plan across horizon.
• Lead cross-functional reviews reconciling demand, capacity, and finance.
• Translate consensus demand into supply, inventory and procurement needs by site.
• Identify capacity constraints and mitigation plans.
• Partner with Finance to connect operating plan to revenue and working capital.
• Establish planning policies, time fences, and escalation thresholds.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory health.
• Drive root-cause analysis for misses; support product launches and promotions.
• Improve planning data, system use, and reporting; collaborate with IT on ERP enhancements.
