Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Sr Manager, SIOP to oversee the end-to-end demand and supply planning for the assigned business units, primarily Carrier Electronics and Carlyle Compressors, guiding the 18-month consensus plan.

You will lead cross-functional reviews, align forecasts with business strategy, manage a demand team globally, and drive continuous improvements in planning capabilities and capacity management to meet customer demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain / Operations.
• Experience with S&OE, IBP and S&OP implementation.
• Advanced Excel, SAP, Kinaxis and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop an 18-month+ consensus demand and supply plan for assigned BU.
• Align demand planning initiatives with business strategies and goals.
• Lead the SIOP process, prepare reviews, identify gaps and present escalations.
• Manage a demand team with global stakeholders to capture inputs and improve forecasting.
• Lead continuous improvement of planning processes and capabilities.
• Understand drivers and recover gaps in revenue and downstream impacts.
• Lead cross-functional discussions to document and challenge assumptions.
• Implement plans for purchased parts, subassemblies and end items.
• Oversee capacity management and identify capacity gaps for SIOP success.
• Manage master schedule with requisite validations.
