Job summary

EnerSys Delaware Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Supply Planning to lead the global SIOP process and align demand, supply, and inventory plans.

You will work across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Demand Planning to translate forecasts into executable supply plans and to elevate decision quality across regions. The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional influencing ability, and expertise with ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
Strong experience in SIOP/S&OP, demand and supply planning, and inventory planning.
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives.
Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and planning tools; advanced MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the global SIOP process and drive cross-functional participation and continuous improvement.
Analyze demand forecasts and translate into executable global master supply plans.
Partner with Sales, Commercial, Finance, Operations, and Demand Planning to align plans.
Develop metrics for forecast performance, inventory health, and service levels.
Prepare for SIOP and Executive reviews and communicate key decisions.
