Balanced Body seeks an experienced Senior Planner to own end-to-end SIOP, master scheduling, and materials for a global operation connecting the US, Europe and overseas manufacturing partners. You will drive a disciplined planning cycle, coordinate contract manufacturing, and ensure on-time delivery while scaling international logistics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in production planning/master scheduling and materials/purchasing control in manufacturing.
• Led or built an SIOP cycle at a manufacturer with measurable results.
• Experience owning material shortage recovery and supplier/P.O. escalation.

Responsabilités

• Own the SIOP cycle: translate demand into a reliable production schedule.
• Lead Master Scheduler and Production Planners to reflect capacity and material constraints.
• Own materials and shortage recovery with documented plans within 24 hours.
• Burn down past-due purchase orders with a weekly ownership and published metrics.
• Coordinate contract manufacturing as the primary contact for output, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Support European logistics growth with planning and materials processes for international scope.
• Coach and develop the planning team to a repeatable, professional discipline.
• Document scheduling logic and systematize planning knowledge across the team.
• Own planning and materials KPIs and report trends to drive continuous improvement.
