Job summary

Enpro/STEMCO in Longview, TX seeks a hybrid SIOP Analyst/Architect to lead demand and supply balancing and to design the automation backbone for master planning and scheduling. The role blends analytics with ownership of planning execution, driving OTIF and cross-functional alignment across sales, operations, and finance.

You will build dashboards and AI-assisted tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot Studio) to reduce manual effort, while ensuring ERP and NetSuite data integrity and scalable

Qualifications

• Progressive supply chain experience with SIOP/forecasting and master production scheduling.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data modeling) and proficient Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly SIOP cadence and plant-level reviews.
• Coordinate monthly and weekly forecasts by market segment to balance supply and demand.
• Align commercial and operations to minimize working capital and collaborate with finance.
• Improve forecasting accuracy and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure SIOP plans are reflected in ERP and present clear insights.
• Identify capacity and scheduling improvements across MRP/ERP and TOC.
• Develop KPI reports including OTIF and communicate changes across the facility.
• Design dashboards and automation to convert planning outputs into actionable execution.
