Job summary

SI Group is seeking a Sr. Planning Analyst to advance enterprise planning excellence from The Woodlands, TX. You will own supply, inventory, S&OP/IBP, and capacity planning processes, establish standards, and drive cross-functional improvements with IT and business partners.

You will develop business cases, drive value through dashboards, and provide executive insights. A strategic, data-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive supply chain planning, planning transformation, or related experience.
• Experience in demand, supply, and inventory planning and S&OP/IBP.
• Experience developing business cases, KPI frameworks, and executive reporting.
• APICS/ASCM CPIM or CSCP certification a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own planning processes for supply, inventory, S&OP/IBP, capacity, and ATO processes.
• Define and improve global planning standards, maps, and procedures.
• Drive adoption of standardized planning practices across regions and sites.
• Identify gaps and performance barriers; propose practical solutions.
• Establish governance routines and escalation paths.
• Lead strategic planning improvement initiatives with measurable impact.
• Develop business cases, roadmaps, and benefits tracking.
• Lead cross-functional workshops and value stream assessments.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and change management methods.
• Create planning dashboards, KPI definitions, and executive reporting.
• Collaborate with IT to enhance planning tools and analytics.
• Support UAT, deployment readiness, and post-implementation stabilization.
