Job summary

Gradian Thermal Solutions is seeking a skilled SIOP Analyst to align sales, operations, and finance for optimized demand planning in a make-to-stock and engineered-to-order HVAC environment. You’ll translate market signals into executable supply plans, manage seasonality, and support capacity decisions.

The role focuses on forecasting accuracy, inventory health, and KPI dashboards, with collaboration across engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• 2–5 years in SIOP, demand planning, supply planning, or production planning in manufacturing.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and scenario modeling.
• Experience cross‑functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze monthly and weekly demand forecasts for HVAC products.
• Translate approved demand plans into supply, production, and capacity plans.
• Prepare materials for monthly SIOP meetings and analyze risks.
• Monitor inventory, backlogs, and capacity utilization to optimize service levels.
