DwyerOmega is seeking a SIOP Analyst to connect demand, supply, inventory, and financial planning across the business. This role suits an analytical, collaborative professional who translates complex data into clear business decisions and influences cross-functional teams.

You will lead the SIOP process, develop dashboards, analyze forecast variance, optimize inventory, and deliver recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in SIOP, Sales and Operations Planning, demand planning, or related supply chain functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-to-business impact.
• Proficient with Excel, Power BI, and ERP/MRP systems.
• Ability to analyze forecasts, inventory, capacity, service levels, and working capital metrics.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data to technical and executive audiences.
• Experience leading cross-functional meetings and driving improvements without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SIOP process and coordinate the monthly cycle and governance.
• Develop dashboards, KPI reporting, and planning tools in collaboration with analytics teams.
• Maintain data integrity and governance across systems and stakeholders.
• Identify gaps and drive initiatives to improve SIOP maturity and outcomes.
• Translate capacity analyses into business cases and investment recommendations.
• Support demand planning capabilities within the SIOP framework.
