Job summary

Gradian Thermal Solutions is seeking an SIOP Analyst to align sales, operations and finance, developing demand forecasts and executable supply plans for engineered HVAC products. You’ll support the SIOP cycle to optimize service levels, inventory health, and capacity utilization in a make-to-order and make-to-stock environment.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with cross-functional teams, and knowledge of ERP/planning systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in SIOP, demand planning, supply planning, or production planning, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, scenario modeling).
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze monthly and weekly demand forecasts for commercial HVAC products, including chillers, rooftop units, air handlers, controls, and aftermarket components.
• Translate approved demand plans into supply, production, and capacity plans across manufacturing plants and external suppliers.
• Monitor finished goods, WIP, and critical component inventory to balance service levels, working capital, and obsolescence risk.
• Prepare materials for monthly SIOP meetings, including demand/supply variance analysis, risks, and recommended actions.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs related to forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory turns, backlog, and capacity utilization.
