Job summary

STEMCO, a subsidiary of Enpro, seeks a hybrid SIOP Analyst/SIOP Systems Architect in Longview to drive demand/supply planning, master scheduling, and the automation backbone. You will own analytics, build workflows, and partner with IT to translate planning into automated execution.

You will also orchestrate OTIF performance, develop dashboards, and collaborate across sales, operations, and finance to optimize capital and inventory while advancing digital planning capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of progressive supply chain experience with SIOP/forecasting and/or master production scheduling.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience building automations/reporting with Power BI, Power Automate, NetSuite tools, or similar.
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP logic, load leveling, SIOP, and TOC.

Responsibilities

• Support SIOP, demand/supply planning, and master scheduling for Longview facility.
• Coordinate monthly/weekly demand forecasts and allocate supply.
• Balance inventory, shortages, and working capital; collaborate with finance on budgets.
• Design and implement automation and reporting tools; maintain data integrity.
• Ensure SIOP plans are entered into ERP and communicate insights to stakeholders.
