Job summary

DwyerOmega is seeking a SIOP Analyst to connect demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and financial planning across the organization. You will influence decisions with data-driven insights and clear risk assessments.

You will develop dashboards, own the monthly SIOP cycle, work with Sales, Marketing and Finance, and translate capacity analysis into business cases for capital investments. A strong Excel/Power BI background is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of progressive experience in supply chain, demand planning, SIOP, IBP, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, financial, and systems-thinking capabilities.
• Advanced Excel skills with Power BI or similar analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve the SIOP process with routine and ad-hoc analyses.
• Develop and refine demand plans using historical data and market trends.
• Monitor inventory turns, service levels, and working capital metrics.
• Deliver data-driven insights and present to senior leadership.
