Job summary

May Mobility is seeking a Manager of Simulation Operations to lead and scale the team responsible for scenario creation, test execution, and quality control across our virtual testing ecosystem. You will manage a hybrid team of engineers and contractors, delivering on scheduled and on-demand simulations with robust metrics and actionable analysis.

You will drive operational velocity by leveraging AI tools, automated workflows, and KPI-driven reporting to autonomy, safety, and product partners.

Qualifications

Proven track record leading technical operations, software QA/testing, or data ops.
Experience directing hybrid teams (FTEs + vendors/contractors) with SLAs.
Ability to analyze complex simulation data and distill findings into summaries.
Familiarity with simulation loops and software-in-the-loop testing workflows.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end simulation operations across multiple test cadences.
Oversee intake, tagging, and maintenance of simulation scenarios from autonomy/safety/product teams.
Enforce QA standards on inputs, platforms, and outputs; track unified evaluation metrics.
Synthesize simulation outputs into concise analyses for leadership and cross-functional teams.
Identify and integrate AI tools and automated workflows to accelerate generation, triage, and reporting.
