May Mobility, based in Ann Arbor, MI, seeks a Manager of Simulation Operations to lead a hybrid team of engineers and contractors in building and executing robust simulation scenarios. You will drive regression suites, QA, and metrics to deliver high-quality results for autonomy and product teams.

In this role, you will leverage AI tools and automated workflows to accelerate scenario generation and reporting while maintaining strong executive-level dashboards and clear communication across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in technical operations, software QA/testing management, or data operations.
• 2+ years of direct people management overseeing engineers and contractors.
• Experience building operational metrics, QA frameworks, and exec reporting.
• Experience using modern AI tools to accelerate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end simulation operations across multiple test cadences.
• Manage intake, generation, tagging, and maintenance of simulation scenarios.
• Enforce QA standards over inputs, platforms, and outputs; track metrics.
• Synthesize simulation outputs into concise analytical summaries for leadership.
• Identify and integrate AI tools and automated workflows to accelerate work.
