This role requires hands-on operation of simulators, A/V systems, and recording equipment, with duties spanning setup, maintenance, and post-session clean-up.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree (bachelor's preferred) and 1–3 years in healthcare simulation, with weekend/evening availability as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or vocational/technical training required in a health sciences, nursing, computer science, psychology, instructional technology, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 1–3 years of healthcare simulation experience; weekend/evening availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate the simulator during sessions and control video cameras, A/V, projectors, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot simulated systems and assist faculty and students with technology during sessions.
• Prepare, set up, and clean up simulation labs and inventory supplies for events.
• Record, store, and catalog simulations using iPads or video systems; manage debriefing software.
• Maintain equipment and assist with budgeting and purchases for SLC operations.
