Responsibilities

• Manage SIM center operations and scheduling.
• Develop and implement curriculum with HMSOM Clinical Skills team.
• Provide technical and operational guidance for simulation programming.
• Develop and revise policies and SOPs for simulation activities.
• Ensure safety and compliance in simulation operations.
• Oversee SIM Center facilities, labs and equipment.
• Provide leadership and performance evaluations for staff.
• Coordinate with faculty, students, standardized patients and administration.
• Maintain relationships with vendors and manage inventory.
• Collect and report student performance data and ensure data access.
• Generate compliance reports and oversee communications.
