Job summary

The Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing invites applications for a Simulation Operations Manager who oversees day-to-day operations of the Simulation Center at the East Baltimore Campus. Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma, CPR certification, and five years in simulation with supervisory experience; preferred degrees in health-related fields and CHSOS

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or graduation equivalent is required.
• Five years progressive experience in simulation, including at least one year with lead or supervisory experience.
• CPR certification is required.
• Additional education may substitute for required experience per JHU policy.

Responsibilities

• Supervises operations staff including interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating.
• Oversees operations of simulation-based activities including XR-enabled simulation.
• Supports scheduling by verifying resource availability and adherence to guidelines.
• Manages equipment procurement, maintenance, and inventory for the Simulation Center.
• Provides educational and technical support to faculty, staff, and learners.
